Silly is Silly. Being one of the first gods, Silly has seen and known a lot, yet hasn't changed much from the first day. She's notable for pioneering the Seasons ritual, creating the Metamagic magic school, and assisting with a few other rituals.
Description
Silly has many forms, most of which tend to be feminine. In all her forms, she wears her signature jester cap with its oh-so-jingly little bells. Whilst its appearance may change, Silly acts as if it has always looked like that. Her eyes are marked with diamonds or stars and visibly twinkle. In many situations, she seems to abide by Cartoon Physics.
Personality
Silly is silly. Silly is so silly that Silly cannot describe herself with only the word silly. When asked for an introduction, she will always do her silly little gig of listing out everything under her domain, and the list of silly synonyms only seems to grow every time! Being a ludicrous menace, she's impossible to take seriously. No, literally. Mortals are literally unable to take her seriously. Even the gods might struggle... after all, Silly is very silly. Is she ever serious? Even in the most serious situations, Silly is quick to begin her antics. She's never still.
Despite all this, Silly is a very good listener. Even if she talked over you in the moment, she remembers everything you tell her... she just might forget that she remembers. How silly. The more time one spends around Silly, the sooner there'll seem to be a method to her madness. With interruptions coming at just the right time to offset tension, and her craziness always tottering on the edge of insanity... it almost seems calculated. It's not. She's just perfect at being silly! The moment is now and the future is tomorrow.
Origin
Silly knows nothing but silliness. She popped out of a confetti-filled leaf balloon atop the world tree, and from then on, she knew her purpose.
