Paeon, better known as the Origin of Vampires, is one of the oldest deities born from the World Tree. Despite this, they are a deity of low rank and their existence is largely unknown to others. This is due to a brief period of dormancy, in which the deity retreated deep into their realm and entered a cycles-long slumber. Because of Paeon's dormancy, their realm and its species have been in stasis. However, the deity has recently awoken and is currently meandering through the realms their kin have created, keeping a low profile and meeting them one by one.
Description
Paeon's appearance is relatively unassuming, remnant of the form they took in another life prior to being reborn as a deity. They stand at a mere 157cm and weigh no more than 43kg. Their blindingly white hair reaches the small of their back, with choppy strands concealing their eyes. Behind Paeon's bangs are bright purple eyes with a crimson sclera. Their gaze is sharp and hungry, like a predator looking at its prey. Their skin is translucent, almost as white as their hair. All of Paeon's veins are visible against their skin, adding to their eerie appearance.
Paeon is most often seen in a tunic with ankle-length pants, made by the seamstresses of their realm. They are also barefoot, having no need for shoes as they seemingly glide over the ground as opposed to walking.
